Santa’s Amazing Sleigh

…You better watch out, you better not cry, you better not pout I’m telling you why, Santa Claus is coming to town! Oh I can’t wait for Christmas; I guess we’re all excited!

Sometimes we feel kind of fed up with all the rickshaw updates here. So I decided to share a one of a kind post. I came up with something very cool and of course, it is somehow rickshaw related. We are all familiar with the sleigh or the sled right? This is the stuff I’m talking about! And it’s not just an ordinary sleigh because it has to do something with Christmas. Yes sir, it’s Santa Claus’ sleigh!

The world renowned story goes like this: Before Christmas Eve, the elves prepared all the gifts that will be distributed to kids around the world. Santa makes sure the list is right and complete. The big man verifies all the packages with the help of these cute little elves. And finally, after putting all the gifts in the sack, Santa will now ride his magical sleigh! He calls up Rudolph with the red nose to guide the pack of reindeers during their travel… then up they go!

Isn’t that a great story to share with the kids? The sleigh is the coolest stuff in the story. Even though it doesn’t have any great parts like Acura belts, Santa’s sleigh is simply amazing. It can fly and it is as fast as an F1 racecar.

Now I’m going to leave you with a cool song about Santa’s sleigh. Check this out and you might as well sing along!

* Sleigh Ride *

Just hear those sleigh bells jingling,
ring ting tingling too
Come on, it's lovely weather
for a sleigh ride together with you,
Outside the snow is falling
and friends are calling "Yoo hoo,"
Come on, it's lovely weather
for a sleigh ride together with you.

Giddy yap, giddy yap, giddy yap,
let's go, Let's look at the show,
We're riding in a wonderland of snow.
Giddy yap, giddy yap, giddy yap,
it's grand, Just holding your hand,
We're gliding along with a song
of a wintry fairy land.

Our cheeks are nice and rosy
and comfy cozy are we
We're snuggled up together
like two birds of a feather would be
Let's take that road before us
and sing a chorus or two
Come on, it's lovely weather
for a sleigh ride together with you.

There's a birthday party
at the home of Farmer Gray
It'll be the perfect ending a perfect day
We'll be singing the songs
we love to sing without a single stop,
At the fireplace while we watch
the chestnuts pop. Pop! pop! pop!

There's a happy feeling
nothing in the world can buy,
When they pass around the chocolate
and the pumpkin pie
It'll nearly be like a picture print
by Currier and Ives
These wonderful things are the things
we remember all through our lives!
of a wintry fairy land
